Ferry Ticket:
1. Surcharge of USD 12/Adult & USD 11/Child applies for return ferry tickets on Fri/Sat/Sun/Eve of Holidays & Public Holidays.
2. Ferry ticket is incl of port levies, security charges and fuel cost adjustment levy (all levies/charges are subject to change).
3. Passport details are required at the time of reservation. Booking on first come first serve basis and is subject to availability.
4. Tickets are issued and collected during check-in at the Tanah Merah Ferry Terminal.
5. Check-in at Tanah Merah Ferry Terminal (TMFT), Singapore - pax are advised to check-in and collect boarding pass at BRF Ticket Counter at least 1 hour before ferry departure time.
6. Check-in at Bandar Bentan Telani (BBT), Bintan - pax must confirm their return trip and collect boarding passes through their resort front desk - check-in at BBT at least one (1) hour before ferry departure time.

3. Amendment Charge of USD 20 per booking is applicable for any amendment upto 4 days of arrival
4. There will be no refund for any unutilised services
5.Change in Passenger's Name is considered as cancellation
